These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Halle.Online (https://halle.online) and all content published on this website, including photographs, text, and other media. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Copyright and Usage Rights
All photographs published on Halle.Online are the intellectual property of Arnold Wender and are protected by German and international copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of any photograph is prohibited.
Viewing and browsing the website for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted. Downloading or saving photographs for private reference is acceptable, provided no redistribution occurs. Any commercial use requires prior written permission.
3. Print Orders
Print orders are placed through the contact form and confirmed via email. A binding agreement is formed when the order is confirmed in writing. Prices are as listed on the pricing page at the time of order and include applicable VAT.
Payment is due before production begins. Prints are produced on demand and shipped within the timeframe specified on the pricing page. Since prints are custom-produced, returns are only accepted for damaged items.
4. Licensing
Licensing for editorial, educational, or commercial use of photographs is available upon request. License terms, permitted uses, and fees are agreed individually. Please contact me through the contact page for licensing inquiries.
5. Liability
The content of this website is provided for informational purposes. While I strive for accuracy, I cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of the information provided. Liability for damages arising from the use of this website is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
